SHIPPING
Shipping Costs: Crystals With Rox offers free standard shipping in the Netherlands for orders over €40. For orders below that, shipping is €4.35 in the Netherlands and €5.95 to the EU. Most packages are sent as letterbox packages via PostNL.
Order Shipping Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days.
Peak Periods: During holidays and sales, processing may take longer, but we strive to ship as quickly as possible.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship to all countries in the European Union, including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
PAYMENT
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept iDeal, PayPal, Klarna, and major credit cards.
Charge Timing: Credit card payments are reserved immediately and charged when your order is dispatched. A confirmation receipt will be sent.
Taxes and Duties:
All prices include VAT/tax. Since we only ship within the EU, you won’t have to pay any additional customs fees or import duties upon delivery.
ORDERS
Order Receipt: Orders ship within 24 hours of confirmation. Tracking numbers will be emailed.
Shipping Estimates: Netherlands: 1-4 working days; EU: 2-7 working days.
Order Changes: Contact us ASAP to amend or cancel your order, send an email to: info@crystalswithrox.com. If dispatched, return it for a refund and place a new order.
Address Changes: Contact PostNL for NL/EU and for Belgium DPD immediately after receiving shipping confirmation.
Order Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via email. If not received, please reach out to us.
Missing Confirmation: Check your email and spam folder. If still missing, contact us.
RETURNS
You can return your item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.
Returns within the Netherlands
To start a return, please email us at info@crystalswithrox.com. We’ll provide a PostNL return label. A fee of €5,15 will be deducted from your refund.
Returns from other EU countries
If you're located outside the Netherlands and would like to return an item, please contact us first: info@crystalswithrox.com
Refund: Once the return is complete and approved we will refund the exact product value with the same payment method you used to pay for it. It's also possible to exchange with a different product.
Refund Timing: Returns are processed within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If not received within 10 days, contact your bank.Defective Products: Send an image of any defects to us within 14 days of delivery. No compensation for items that have been in contact with water.
