SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping in the Netherlands for orders over €40. €4.35 for orders under €40 within the Netherlands. €5.95 for EU countries. Shipped via PostNL, mostly as letterbox packages. DPD for Belgium.

SHIPPING TIME

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Delivery estimate: Netherlands: 1–4 business days. EU countries: 3–7 business days.

TRACKING

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

DURING HOLIDAYS OR SALES

Processing may take a bit longer. We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

We currently ship to all countries in the European Union, including: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELAYS

Once your package is with PostNL or DPD, delivery is out of our hands. If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, please contact us.
