Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Don’t forget to include your proof of purchase.
Returns within the Netherlands
To start a return, please email us at We’ll provide a PostNL return label. A fee of €5.15 will be deducted from your refund.

If you're located outside the Netherlands and would like to return an item, please contact us first:
Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if there is anything wrong so that we can resolve it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a new item is to return the current item and then place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you if your return is approved. If approved, you will receive your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
